Nox Medical does business with customers (Customers) under these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (Terms). These Terms supersede those contained in any Customer purchase order, request for quotation, acceptance or other purchasing documents concerning any Nox Medical services or product(s) (Product(s)) which are inconsistent with, different from, or in addition to these Terms. These Terms are available to download and are subject to change without notice.
Nox Medical (the “Company”) sells and Customer purchases the instruments produced by the Company and provided hereunder (the “Equipment”) subject to the following terms and conditions:

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return
Contact Technical Support at Nox Medical via support@noxmedical.com or call 844-4SLEEP6 for technical support and troubleshooting of Nox Medical products. Please be prepared to provide the part number(s) and serial number(s) as well as current firmware or software versions that the device operates.
If troubleshooting steps do not prove to be successful, an RMA is issued. Note, in cases where the service item is over 5 years old, a replacement device will not be sent. Replacement devices have a 3 months warranty.
