FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(May 20, 2024) –Nox Medical recently announced the launch of its newest business entity, Nox Medical Canada, Inc. The new entity will expedite the process of getting its sleep testing equipment directly to healthcare providers throughout Canada.
The announcement comes after Nox Medical saw substantial growth in their sleep diagnostic sales in 2023, and in anticipation of continued growth on the horizon, the company decided to expand their on-the-ground operations to reinforce their commitment to customers in Canada, to continue offering excellent shipping times, and to optimize on-the-ground customer support.
“We see the opportunity in the Canadian market and we are really investing in our growth for Canada,” says Nox Medical’s VP of Canadian Business Development and Sales Natalie Morin, who oversaw the opening of the new entity.
Nox Medical has sold diagnostic sleep testing equipment in Canada through a distribution model since 2015. The new entity represents the first time Nox Medical will have a physical location in Canada, where devices will be sold and shipped directly from Canada, and logistical operations will be coordinated.
“Our focus is to streamline the sales process for our customers. Our commitment is long-term and we’re dedicated to serving and supporting them. Establishing a local presence proves we’re here for the long haul,” says Morin.
After the launch of the new location, Nox Medical now has on-the-ground logistics and shipping operations in Ontario, Canada, a milestone that will streamline the process of getting devices and consumables into the hands of customers.
“One of the primary strategies to grow our business in Canada is to open our own operations there. With the first orders already shipped from our new warehouse, our goal is to streamline the process for our current Canadian customers while also expanding our reach to new ones. This is also how we grow and expand Canada for Nox,” says Ingvar Hjálmarsson, president of Nox Medical.
The Nox Medical team in Canada celebrated the opening this month with the first Nox A1s polysomnography and Nox T3s home sleep apnea tests packed and shipped from Canada.
“We look forward to doing more business across all provinces as a result of this strategic initiative, thereby fulfilling the clear demand from Canadian sleep professionals for solutions that can support their diagnostic needs” says Hjálmarsson.
