Security and Compliance

Security

Data is securely stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) using advanced encryption methods. The Nox Connect SaaS and SaaMD services operate in the Nox Cloud, which holds ISO 27001, SOC 1 Type 2, SOC 2 Type 2, and HITRUST security and compliance certifications. Compliance

Configurable retention aligned with HIPAA, GDPR, and local healthcare regulations. Data is retained in accordance with region specific laws and regulations.

Audit Logs

System logs go through filtering and alert for anomalies. No patient information is included. Log data is maintained for a minimum of 180 days.

TLS 1.2 and AES-256 encryption.

Regulatory Information

Nox Connect Platform is a non-medical device software-as-service (SaaS) application.It serves as an interface and may enable access to regulated software-as-a-medical device (SaaMD) applications, such as Nox AI Scoring and Insights (DeepRESP K241960), and Noxturnal Web, which are subject to applicable regulatory approvals in certain jurisdictions.
